About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at WEC Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our services and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Produce regular sales reports and forecasting data to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a business-to-business sales environment, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
