Business Development Manager – Leading Drinks Distributor – Up to £50,000

COREcruitment Ltd is a renowned drinks wholesaler, supplying a wide range of beverages to businesses across the UK. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join their team.

The Business Development Manager responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows as needed.

The ideal Business Development Manager Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the drinks or FMCG industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license.
