About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: Identify new sales opportunities within our territory and develop strategies to pursue and close deals.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and Present Sales Reports: Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the drinks or FMCG industry.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to use technology to drive business growth.
