Sales Manager for Growth Platforms

Experis LTD is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of our convenience business division in the North of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of surpassing targets and contributing to revenue growth. They will be responsible for devising and executing sales plans aimed at expanding Manpower's customer base within the Growth Platforms of our convenience business division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes.
- Providing detailed monthly reports on the sales pipeline and successes.
- Collaborating effectively with operational stakeholders by sharing sales leads and offering visibility on all new volume opportunities.
The successful candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the sales field, preferably in Manufacturing, Logistics, Driving, or Ancillary. They should also possess essential proficiency in networking and cultivating relationships, as well as analyzing sales data, discerning market trends, and evaluating performance.
