Sales Growth Manager

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Sales Growth Manager to join our team in the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will have +4 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development and be a native Dutch and English speaker.

Key Responsibilities- Drive new customer acquisition by selling and advising on our innovative services to IT companies and recruitment agencies.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of prospective clients through targeted lead generation and follow-up.
- Lead the sales cycle for the NL B2B market, encompassing prospecting, cold calling, solution demonstrations, and deal closure.
- Analyse client needs and offer tailored solutions to ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to client retention and satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams to align service delivery and meet client expectations.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to broaden market outreach.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets, contributing to the growth of outbound sales activities.
- A competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH.
