Training Sales Consultant

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Training Sales Advisor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales and account management, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Take inbound calls from customers enquiring about our training services and offer a range of courses and services
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our training offerings
- Building effective relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to increase sales
- Managing a portfolio of customers to achieve profitable growth targets
- Working closely with colleagues in other departments to promote external training
**Requirements:**
- Experience of business-to-business sales and account management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels
- Experience in health and safety training is desirable but not essential
**Benefits:**
- A competitive salary up to £28,000 (dependent on experience)
- 25 days holiday
- Contributory pension capped at 5%

- Life assurance at x2 contractual salary
