**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Training Sales Advisor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales and account management, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Take inbound calls from customers enquiring about our training services and offer a range of courses and services
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our training offerings
  • Building effective relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to increase sales
  • Managing a portfolio of customers to achieve profitable growth targets
  • Working closely with colleagues in other departments to promote external training

**Requirements:**

  • Experience of business-to-business sales and account management
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels
  • Experience in health and safety training is desirable but not essential

**Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary up to £28,000 (dependent on experience)
