About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Child Support Professional to join our team at Cambridgeshire County Council. In this role, you will be working with children, young people and their families to provide support and guidance. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement Person Centred Planning approaches that meet the unique needs of each individual.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups. A qualified Social Worker with a Social Work England registration is required, as well as the ability to work from various locations and travel countywide independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver person-centred plans to meet the support needs of children, young people and their families
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address emerging issues and concerns
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on child support and wellbeing

Salary: ££35,170 - £45,540 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.
