Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Youth Worker & Training Manager to join our team at Premier Christian Communications Ltd.

As Senior Youth Worker & Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Open House Wellbeing project in central Cambridge, working closely with our youth drop-ins, workshops, and faith exploration initiatives.

You will also develop our gap year volunteers and student youth workers, providing them with training and support to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of youth projects, including planning, delivery, and evaluation
  • Manage volunteer teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality youth work
  • Develop new initiatives to enhance the wellbeing of young people and promote their spiritual growth

Requirements:

  • Commitment to Christianity and a passion for youth ministry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with young people and colleagues
