Job Description:

As an HR Support Apprentice, your duties include:

  • Providing guidance on compliance with people changes or issues such as absence management, performance management, and family-friendly leave.
  • Dealing with various HR queries and producing necessary documents.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to support projects and engaging key stakeholders.
  • Supporting policy updates aligned with the company values and culture.
  • Hosting events, coordinating lunches, meet-and-greets, refreshments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Assisting recruitment by attending careers days, following up, and sending newsletters.

Candidate Specification:

To apply for an apprenticeship, you must meet the eligibility requirements of the relevant training provider.

  • Hold 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
