Role Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as an Accounts Assistant Apprentice at Mott MacDonald. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks including creation and posting of customer invoices, credit control activities, monitoring business mailboxes, dealing with customer and supplier queries, issuing customer statements and supplier remittances, creation of supplier POs, scanning and filing of business paperwork, and other reasonable duties. You will have the chance to gain valuable experience working on a variety of projects while completing classroom-based learning and achieving a nationally recognized qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creation & Posting of Customer Invoices using Sage 50
- Credit Control activities
- Monitoring of the business mailboxes
- Dealing with customer & supplier queries
- Issue of Customer Statements & supplier remittances
- Creation of supplier POs for business activities
- Scanning & Filing of business paperwork

Requirements:
To join us for this role, you must meet the eligibility requirements of the relevant training provider. We are looking for students with a methodical approach to problem-solving. You will also be enrolled onto Accelerate Your Future, a structured three-year soft-skills development programme that develops the strengths needed to be successful at Mott MacDonald.
