About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Accounts Assistant Apprentice. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including managing customer invoices, monitoring business mailboxes, and responding to customer and supplier queries. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through classroom-based learning and on-the-job experience. Additionally, you will be enrolled onto Accelerate Your Future, a structured three-year soft-skills development programme that develops the strengths needed to be successful at Mott MacDonald.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creation & Posting of Customer Invoices using Sage 50
- Credit Control activities
- Monitoring of the business mailboxes
- Dealing with customer & supplier queries
- Issue of Customer Statements & supplier remittances
- Creation of supplier POs for business activities
- Scanning & Filing of business paperwork
