About the Job

As an Apprentice Dining Services Professional, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced chefs and servers in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as food preparation, presentation, and service, as well as customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service during formal dinners and other special events.
  • Set up and maintain a clean and tidy dining environment.
  • Develop your skills in customer service, teamwork, and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and abilities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Good understanding of verbal and written English.
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a high level of personal hygiene and behaviour.
