We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Inspiremyfuture team as an apprentice IT service desk analyst. This exciting opportunity will enable you to gain valuable skills, knowledge, and experience as you complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT Systems and Networking – Azure Cloud Support Specialist.

As an apprentice, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to technical issues and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working closely with internal teams to identify and resolve potential service issues or opportunities for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £15,000 per annum during the apprenticeship period, increasing to £21,000 per annum upon completion. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including gym/health club memberships, cycle to work schemes, private and travel insurance, and ongoing development opportunities.
