About the Role

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Technical Director for Clean Water Systems to lead technical projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clean water pipeline design, project management, and leadership.

A strong understanding of technical leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement is essential, as well as experience in staying up-to-date with professional development and current technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects and teams in the clean water sector, ensuring compliance with quality assurance and technical standards.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver complex projects on time.
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members.
Benefits
