HR Business Partner Opportunity

Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC is a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands. We are seeking an ambitious and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team in High Wycombe, with regular travel to Ladbroke Grove.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, stand-alone, operational HR position where you will business partner with all managers to drive HR priorities (Global and Local). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing operational HR support to our UK Edgewell Teammates on all HR related queries
  • Managing the employment end-to-end life cycle
  • Driving HR priorities and initiatives
  • Collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Supply Chain and Bulldog Skincare for Men teams
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR operations, talent management, and change management. Your skills and experience should include:

  • Experience of operating independently and partnering with commercial leadership teams
  • Experience of working in a commercial matrix environment (cross functionally and cross culturally)
  • Proficient in using HR systems/data handling
  • Strong influencing skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to present in-person
  • Ability to work at speed and independently create presentation decks
  • Fully CIPD qualified & self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize and proactively manage multiple deadlines
  • Solid experience in employee relations, org design changes and recruitment
  • Proven knowledge of local employment law and immigration rules
  • Ability to use People Analytics to drive analysis, talking points and stories with the local leadership teams and management
