Oxford Instruments - Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive strategic talent development and organizational excellence within our Materials Analysis division. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective HR services and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
  • Lead HR teams and manage HR operations to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR practices, policies, and employment law to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Requirements:

  • Relevant 3rd level qualification in HR or a related field.
  • CIPD membership or equivalent.
  • Proven senior HR generalist experience with a track record of delivering business outcomes.
  • Experience in leading HR teams and managing HR operations.
  • Change management expertise and knowledge of organizational development principles.
  • Passion for people management, inclusivity, and influencing at all levels.
