The Role: Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering effective and professional HR services to our people on our High Wycombe site. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners within our Ulm and Santa Barbara sites to help build organization, people capability, and shape so that we can implement effective people strategies and activities across Materials Analysis. You will manage the HR Advisor, HR Graduate, and work with the Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of our strategy and as such will focus on people, capability, and culture, organizational development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Manage the HR Advisor and HR Graduate, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide support and guidance on compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

Requirements

  • 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • CIPD membership or equivalent.
  • Proven HR generalist experience at a senior level.
  • Experience leading a HR Team.
  • Effective and proven change management.
  • Experience of organizational-wide HR projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
  • Passionate about people, inclusivity, and ability to influence at all levels.
