About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at InHealth Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide financial support and guidance to our Senior Operational leaders, helping them drive business strategy and improve operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Operational leaders to develop and implement financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with Operational and Commercial leaders to ensure that bids, tenders, and investment decisions are made with financial rigor.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive business performance and improve financial outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and patient experience through data analysis and business process improvement.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial analysis and business partnering. You will have a proven track record of delivering financial results and improving business performance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience working in a finance department, preferably in a business partnering or financial analysis role.
  • Strong accounting principles and financial analysis skills, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
  • Experience with manipulating and analyzing large datasets, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
