About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at InHealth Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide financial support and guidance to our Senior Operational leaders, helping them drive business strategy and improve operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Operational leaders to develop and implement financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions, including pricing and costing models.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business performance tracking and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure financial rigor and control in all business decisions, including bids, tenders, and investment decisions.

About You

  • Several years of experience in a finance role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and intermediate Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
