Are you a seasoned finance professional looking for a challenging role that combines strategic influence with operational finance? We're seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Robertson Bell.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, providing valuable financial insights and advice to drive business performance. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering detailed financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support the department. You will also develop strong working relationships with senior leaders, offering financial advice and challenging financial assumptions to drive value.
The key duties of this role include:
- Preparing and delivering detailed financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support the department.
- Developing strong working relationships with senior leaders, offering financial advice and challenging financial assumptions to drive value.
- Leading the annual budgeting process for the division, overseeing expenditures, and ensuring robust financial controls.
- Delivering monthly performance updates, analysing key metrics and providing insights into financial trends and risks.
- Offering financial input on key projects, such as asset investments and capital works, to ensure financial viability.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and driving initiatives to improve financial efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to meet financial objectives and reporting requirements.

The successful candidate will have:
- Achieved their full accountancy qualification or be on the final level.
- A background working in a finance business partnering capacity, with examples of strong stakeholder management.

- A proactive mindset and be a self-motivated individual who excels at building strong relationships and driving business results.
- Ideally, a background working in the housing sector.
