The Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to work with the wider HR/People team and key stakeholders to implement our Materials Analysis strategy and lead change and transformation. As a Senior HRBP, you will be responsible for delivering effective and professional HR services to our people on our High Wycombe site. You will also work closely with HRBPs in our Ulm and Santa Barbara sites to build organization, people capability, and shape our people strategies and activities across Materials Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the HR Advisor, HR Graduate, and work with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Support the delivery of our strategy, focusing on people, capability, and culture, organizational development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Build strong and proactive working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders to build trust.
- Use a coaching style to advise leaders and managers.
- Demonstrate sound professional commercial judgement and a common-sense solution-focused approach to problems.
- Be outcome-focused and come with ideas.
Requirements
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline.
- CIPD membership or equivalent.
- Proven HR generalist experience at a senior level.
- Experience leading a HR Team.
- Effective and proven change management.
- Experience of organizational-wide HR projects.
- Excellent knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
- Passionate about people, inclusivity, and ability to influence at all levels.
