Join our team at Edgewell Personal Care Italy S.R.L. as an HR Business Partner, where you will play a key role in driving HR priorities and supporting our UK Edgewell Teammates.
About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on, stand-alone, operational, proactive HR professional to work across two sites (High Wycombe and London) providing excellent and efficient operational generalist support. As an HR Business Partner, you will report to the HR Director (North Europe & Oceania) and be responsible for providing operational HR support to our UK Edgewell Teammates on all HR-related queries and managing the employment end-to-end life cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational HR support to our UK Edgewell Teammates on all HR-related queries.
- Manage the employment end-to-end life cycle, including full day-to-day administration, change management, leadership development, rewards and recognition, performance management, training and development, recruitment, and communications.
- Work closely with our Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Supply Chain, and Bulldog Skincare for Men teams to drive HR priorities and support business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to enhance the teammate experience and drive business results.
- Collaborate with the HR Director (North Europe & Oceania) to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of operating independently and partnering with the commercial leadership team.
- Experience of working in a commercial matrix environment (cross-functionally and cross-culturally).
- Proficient in using HR systems/data handling.
- Strong influencing skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to present in-person.
- Ability to work at speed and independently create presentation decks.
- Fully CIPD qualified & self-starter.
- Ability to prioritize and proactively manage multiple deadlines.
- Solid experience in employee relations, org design changes, and recruitment.
- Proven knowledge of local employment law and immigration rules.
- Ability to use People Analytics to drive analysis, talking points, and stories with the local leadership teams and management.
