Service Care Solutions Ltd is a leading provider of housing services, seeking a dedicated Residential Support Specialist to join our team in Chester/Cheshire.
- We offer a competitive salary of £26,250 per annum, plus a company car for this permanent, full-time role.
- This position involves supporting vulnerable asylum seekers in Chester and Ellesmere Port, providing essential housing assistance and guidance.
- The successful candidate will conduct monthly property inspections to ensure safety and compliance, oversee property onboarding and withdrawal, and undertake minor repairs within their trained scope.
- You will also be responsible for managing customer complaints and supporting issue resolution, working closely with our team to provide exceptional service.
- This role requires participation in an on-call rota for 24/7 service availability, ensuring our clients receive continuous support.
- A valid UK driving licence is required, with a willingness to travel as needed.
Key Benefits: Permanent, full-time employment, 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday, with an on-call rota every 10 weeks. Company car provided.
