Elderly Care Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will provide exceptional personal care and attention to residents in a residential and dementia setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care services that meet the needs of residents, adhering to individual care plans.
- Act as a key worker for a designated group of residents, ensuring their well-being and happiness.
- Supervise and support the care team, promoting a culture of trust, respect, and care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in elderly social care environment.
- NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, QCF or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, with a willingness to develop new competencies.
