Exemplar Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support and care to adults living with complex needs.

The estimated salary for this role is £11,940 - £12,290 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer competitive rates to reflect the value we place on our staff's hard work and dedication.
About the Job:
- Support adults living with complex needs
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal times
- Understand individual health and wellbeing needs, promoting independence and choice
- Encourage social participation and community engagement
- Complete and maintain accurate care records
About You:
- You are a caring and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills
- You possess relevant experience or qualifications in adult care, although these are not essential

- You are energetic and outgoing, with a positive attitude and ability to defuse challenging situations
