Social Worker (Locum) - 3-Month Contract
Job SummarySanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a qualified Social Worker to fill a full-time locum position. This role requires extensive experience in Children's Social Services, with a focus on protecting vulnerable children and families. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and developing strategies to ensure their safety and well-being.
Main Tasks- Conduct detailed initial assessments of children and families referred to the service, identifying potential risks and taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Degree or equivalent in social work, registered with Social Work England.
- A minimum of three years post-qualification experience in frontline roles within UK Children's Social Services, preferably in areas such as duty/assessment, child in need, child protection, pre-proceedings, and care proceedings.
The hourly assignment rate for this role is £22 per hour, providing a competitive salary package for a qualified Social Worker. The contract duration is three months, offering stability and opportunities for growth within our organization.
