New Reflexions seeks a Residential Care Professional to join our team and provide therapeutic support to children in our care. This rewarding role involves working closely with colleagues to deliver individualised care plans and promote the emotional and behavioural well-being of our residents.

In addition to a competitive salary of £25 per hour for days (dependent on qualifications) and £40-£42 per sleep-in shift, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive paid training, access to our Employee Assistance Programme, and the opportunity to complete your QCF Level 3 & 5 Diploma or equivalent.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a passion for working with children, and the ability to work a varied rota pattern with sleep-ins. A full UK manual driving licence is also essential.

We take safeguarding very seriously and require all employees and volunteers to undergo an enhanced DBS check and adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure.
