Therapeutic Support Specialist

New Reflexions, a leading childcare organisation, is dedicated to delivering care, education, and therapy services to young individuals who have experienced trauma. Our Children's Residential Service provides therapeutic placements for children aged 10-18 years, offering both short-term and long-term support.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children and possess excellent communication skills. A full UK manual driving licence and ability to work a varied rota pattern with sleep-ins are essential requirements.
We offer a competitive salary of £25 per hour for days (dependent on qualifications) and £40-£42 per sleep-in shift. The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive paid training, including First Aid Level 3, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme and DBS update service.
This role requires the post holder to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure and undergo an enhanced DBS check. As part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, we expect all employees and volunteers to share this dedication.
