The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for working with vulnerable children and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, facilitating daily activities, and supporting our residents in achieving their full potential.

We offer a comprehensive training program, competitive salary of £25 per hour (depending on qualifications), and a range of benefits including access to our Employee Assistance Programme, DBS update service, and bike-to-work scheme.
