Home Care Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to work in a beautiful new build home, part of a reputable National Care provider. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to 40 residents, with a focus on supporting individuals with residential and dementia care needs.
The successful candidate will work a mix of day and night shifts, with 39 hours a week on days and 22 hours a week on nights. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.65, based on a weekly total of approximately £1,012.55 (£13.65 x 74 hours). In addition, you will have access to a range of benefits, including a CQC rating of GOOD in all areas and a CareHome rating of 9.8/10.
