We're seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to play a pivotal role in expanding our Restaurant Associate sector as a Business Development Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead New Business Initiatives: Work alongside the Restaurant Business Development Director to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Bid Management: Oversee the bidding process, including bid writing, development, and submission.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Business Development Director and Business Director to devise effective sales and retention strategies for each client.
The Successful Candidate Will:
  • Have previous experience in catering, hospitality, or support services.
  • Show strong commercial acumen.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop winning financial proposals.
  • Be proactive, client-focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Benefits include a competitive package, full UK driving license is required, and willingness to travel as needed.
