Aerospace & Defence Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Global Business Growth Specialist. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the aerospace and defence industry.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas. You should also be familiar with CRM software and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aerospace and defence industry
  • Develop relationships with potential customers to increase customer satisfaction
  • Present our company's products and services to potential clients

Responsibilities:

  1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  2. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  3. Report to the Business Development Manager on sales results

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  2. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  3. Track record of achieving sales quotas
  4. Experience with CRM software
  5. Familiarity with MS Excel
  6. Understanding of sales performance metrics
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
