Job Title: Environmental Enforcement Officer

Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Enforcement Officer to join our team. As an Environmental Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining public health, safety, and environmental standards by enforcing environmental laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol assigned areas to detect violations and ensure compliance with environmental laws.
  • Investigate reports of environmental offenses from the public and respond promptly to complaints.
  • Issue fixed penalty notices (FPNs) and citations to individuals or businesses for non-compliance with environmental laws.
  • Prepare and serve legal documents, including warning notices and fines, in accordance with local laws.
  • Investigate environmental offenses such as illegal dumping, abandoned vehicles, and unlawful waste disposal by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing case files.
  • Report findings to senior management and collaborate with legal teams to pursue prosecutions when necessary.
  • Prepare case files for prosecution, including collecting evidence, photographs, and witness statements.
  • Attend court proceedings and present evidence as required to support legal action against environmental offenders.
