About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team. As a Business Partner, you will work closely with our leaders to deliver high-quality, best-fit HR and ER advice and support. Your key responsibilities will include coaching, communicating, and influencing, as well as providing support and guidance to other team members as needed.

You will be responsible for delivering strategic partnering, recruitment, workforce planning, change initiatives, and performance management. You will also collaborate closely with our People & Culture group specialist functions, such as strategic talent acquisition and management, organizational development, engagement and communications, and operational excellence.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of annual cyclical HR processes, lifting organisational capability, and the ability to look for improvements. You will also need to be experienced in working within wider people and culture functions, drawing on expertise from specialist areas.
