Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Practitioner to join our Primary Care Network team. As part of the ARRS initiative, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality patient-centered care in collaboration with the PCN team.
  • Managing long-term conditions, medication reviews, and acute presentations.
  • Contributing to clinical innovation and service development.
  • Improving access and outcomes for patients within the network.
  • Engaging in population health management and proactive patient care planning.
