We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic General Practitioner to contribute to our innovative approach to patient care in Cambridgeshire.

About the Role

As part of our ARRS initiative, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics, Physician Associates, and Social Prescribing Link Workers, to enhance the services we provide to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the PCN team.
  • Support the management of long-term conditions, medication reviews, and acute presentations.
  • Contribute to clinical innovation and service development.
  • Play a key role in improving access and outcomes for patients within the network.
  • Engage in population health management and proactive patient care planning.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £72,000 per annum, aligned with NHS scales and reflective of experience.
