General Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic General Practitioner to contribute to our innovative approach to patient care in Cambridgeshire.
About the RoleAs part of our ARRS initiative, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics, Physician Associates, and Social Prescribing Link Workers, to enhance the services we provide to our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the PCN team.
- Support the management of long-term conditions, medication reviews, and acute presentations.
- Contribute to clinical innovation and service development.
- Play a key role in improving access and outcomes for patients within the network.
- Engage in population health management and proactive patient care planning.
- Competitive Salary: £72,000 per annum, aligned with NHS scales and reflective of experience.
- Flexible Working: 4 sessions per week (part-time).
- Collaborative Environment: Work within a supportive PCN alongside other ARRS roles.
- Professional Development: Access to training and opportunities to develop special interests.
- You must be a fully qualified GP with GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
