Sales Development Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Field-Based Business Development Manager to cover the Norwich area.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive plans to drive business growth.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Market Analysis and Research: Identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute and target-driven individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in direct sales or business development is required, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
The salary for this role is £29,750 plus 20% bonus, with additional benefits including a company van and fuel card.
