Sales Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Paragon Skills in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our ambitious growth plans, supporting the launch of our specialist Early Years brand, Shaping Lives.
In this role, you will be a key member of our evolving team, working closely with Business Development Managers to identify new business opportunities and apprenticeship starts in line with agreed targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our core markets, exceeding apprenticeship targets by utilizing your growing sales experience and tailoring your approach to each company's unique needs and strategies.
- Evaluate learner eligibility via new business and account management activities, ensuring seamless delivery of our apprenticeship solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to generate further new business, driving our ambitious growth plans forward.
- Develop effective engagement plans to generate new sales leads and apprenticeship opportunities within SMEs, positioning Shaping Lives as a trusted partner and provider of choice.
- Support Business Development Managers in securing large corporate organizations that would benefit from apprenticeships, fostering strong relationships with key client contacts at all levels.
- Provide valuable insights, advice, and support to learners and employers, promoting our exceptional customer experience.
- Create bespoke apprenticeship delivery models tailored to the needs of prospective clients, demonstrating our commitment to excellence.
- Nurture sustainable relationships with key client contacts, delivering outstanding results in every interaction.
- Ensure all commercial arrangements are clearly communicated and agreed upon during the onboarding process.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR regulations and internal data security policies, upholding the highest standards of information protection.
- Proactively promote the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people, aligning with our organization's values.
This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus commission, providing an attractive incentive for successful candidates.
