Nuffield Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team at our Newbury FWC location. As a key member of our Property and Facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining our building and surrounding grounds.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall maintenance and upkeep of the building shell and surrounding grounds.
  • Manage and maintain all mechanical and electrical systems, including swimming pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
  • Use your technical skills to operate an effective preventative maintenance program.
  • Work effectively with the team to inspire continuous improvement and lead by example.
