Building Services Maintenance Manager

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Building Services Maintenance Manager to join our team at our Newbury FWC location. As a key member of our Property and Facilities team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with business operations.

Requirements:

  • 17th edition electrical qualification or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Building Management systems.
  • Experience of emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene, and other compliance areas in a large industrial unit.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
