About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Sovereign Network Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all interactions are positive and respectful.
  • Support customers through our Homes and Place retrofit programme, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, listening to their needs and concerns, and keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Ensure all information provided to customers is clear and consistent, avoiding confusion and minimizing concerns.
  • Review and maintain customer engagement plans, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within the housing sector.
  • Understanding of building maintenance terminology and retrofit concepts.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Driving licence and access to vehicle.

  • £45,000 per annum (estimated salary based on location and industry standards).
