Our client is a thriving independent building services engineering provider with an outstanding reputation in the market. Formed over 30 years ago, they have developed into experts in facilities management, installing, maintaining, and maximizing technical systems within the built environment.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established maintenance provider that invests time and training into their employees. The ideal candidate will come from a building services background, possess good all-round knowledge of electrical installations, and have relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide planned and reactive maintenance services across Newbury and Oxford
  • Conduct inspections and testing as required
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations
  • Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations
  • Desirable: NVQ Inspection & Testing
