About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our Property and Facilities team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our large industrial unit, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all electrical and mechanical systems, including swimming pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene, and other compliance areas.
  • Use an electronic CAFM system to manage and track all maintenance activities and queries.
  • Lead by example and inspire the team to strive for constant improvement.
  • Develop and implement an effective preventative maintenance programme.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve skills and knowledge, and build a strong and effective team.
