Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function in all HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR plans and initiatives aligned with the business strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR function in all HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • Develop and implement HR plans and initiatives aligned with the business strategy and growth.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process across Retail, Head Office, and Distribution.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Continuing to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an operational HR Manager.
  • People-oriented and results-driven mentality.
  • Strong knowledge of HR across the employee lifecycle.
  • Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
