Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to internal and external payroll inquiries efficiently
- Managing payments related to parental leave
- Administering various statutory documentation
- Rectifying payroll discrepancies
- Evaluating and modifying payroll systems as necessary
- Conducting tests for payroll initiatives when required
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Oracle HR/Payroll, WinSCP, Microsoft Word & Excel
Work Environment: Our operations are based in a flexible work setting, allowing for remote work options as needed.
Working Hours and Remuneration:
This position entails 35 hours per week with adaptable working conditions. The salary is competitive, reaching up to £28,000 based on experience, alongside additional perks such as employee discounts, a bonus scheme, and more.
