We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at CHM. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional support and advice to our line managers and staff on all HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations
- Identify opportunities for learning and development to enhance employee performance and achieve business objectives
- Provide insight and analysis to inform business decisions
- Manage the entire human resources function, including recruitment, policy updates, and record keeping
