We are seeking a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Specialist to enhance our team, ensuring accurate and timely remuneration for our employees across the UK and ROI. Your role will encompass the meticulous processing of payroll information while adhering to all legal and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly addressing payroll inquiries from both internal and external sources
  • Managing payments related to parental leave
  • Processing various statutory documentation
  • Rectifying any payroll discrepancies
  • Evaluating and modifying payroll systems as necessary
  • Conducting tests for payroll initiatives when required

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Oracle HR/Payroll, WinSCP, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)

Work Environment: Our operations are based in a flexible setting, allowing for remote work options as needed.

Work Schedule and Remuneration:
