Permanent Reward Manager - Strategy

A fantastic opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a Total Reward Strategy that drives a high-performance culture and delivers outstanding outcomes for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of the Total Reward Strategy, performance management, reward, benefits, and pensions.
  • Reward projects will include agreeing a pay deal/pay increases, utilising data to understand what competitors are paying, internal mobility, looking at the offering to retain employees.
  • Conduct horizon scanning and data analysis to inform reward strategies.
Requirements:
  • Strong data analysis skills to develop and enhance reward strategies.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits is required.

  • £6,000 car allowance per year.
  • Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus.
