Director of Allied Health Professions

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Allied Health Integrated Musculoskeletal Services (IMSK) across North Cumbria. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of outstanding healthcare services in North Cumbria.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex operational services, developing policies and procedures, and working across departmental and organisational boundaries. They will also have a strong understanding of current NHS policy and their implications for professional practice.
Key Requirements
- A profession-specific degree or equivalent diploma.
- State registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Evidence of CPD and relevant post-graduate courses and/or significant relevant experience to Masters Level/ACP or equivalent.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum.
