Revenue Enhancement Director

As a Business Development Manager at VWA, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and relationships. You will also source new clients and roles and facilitate introductions between the new clients and consultants.
We are seeking someone with prior business development experience, ideally from a search/recruitment or similar environment. A degree-educated individual with advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using other IT programmes or databases would be ideal.
A competitive base salary of up to £45,000, commission scheme, and discretionary bonus make this a rewarding opportunity.
